Atlas Card is an invitation-only credit card dedicated to high-end travel experiences. In this personal and academic project, I decided to take on the challenge of redesigning their website, with the objective of moving away from the actual design direction. The new design adopts a more colourful, immersive and welcoming atmosphere in a style inspired by international and vintage design.
The idea of the concept, outside of just going opposite in terms of visuals, was to also rework and redesign the total website to make it more appealing and evocative of what it tries to showcase (a premium membership-access credit card dedicated to travel and leisure).
To break out from the discrete minimalist and modern look of the actual website, I sourced my inspirations on a more international/brutalist-inspired design with a retro and colorful ambiance to bring a more warm and welcoming vibe.
To complete the welcoming vibe, elements design were thought to resonate with both the experience from traveling and from the four services of Atlas conciergerie : Dining, Hotels, Experiences and Benefits.
Each department was associated to one color with the section reflecting the global mood of it while making following the "typical day" you could experience from using the card (arriving at the airport, picking a restaurant, entering the hotel, assisting to a music festival, ...) .
